The kitchen offers a wrap-around counter, breakfast area, and everything you will need for cooking and entertaining, pot pans dishes, spices, and utensils. Indoor laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and foosball table in the garage area.

This home is located next to La Quinta and is 2 miles away from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. 6.5 miles from Coachella and Stagecoach, close to Palm Desert, and 5 miles from the famous El Paseo shopping area, with close access to golf courses, tennis gardens, polo grounds, attractions, restaurants, and world-class shopping, this home provides a luxury living. The Backyard is perfect for play or just relaxation. You can enjoy playing on a private Pickleball court, the pool and spa are great places to cool off from the heat, or relax after a day of activities.

House Rules:

Optional daily pool and spa heating fee of $75 or only spa heating of $25/day (paid pre-trip).
Check-in is 3:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets Allowed ($100 Pet fee).

Parking 4 on the driveway. Free street parking is allowed overnight.
